The thermo upvc casement door can be a better substitute of PVC/FRP door which are widely used as interior doors. The door comprises of 1mm upvc sheets in both sides and 22mm XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) sheet in its core. The solid Thermo UPVC casement door helps in thermal insulation and enhancing the aesthetic look of interior door partition with its elegant differently designed moulds , it can be also produced in different chromatic colors as per the requirements.

Providing and fixing Factory made UPVC white colour casement [Openable]Door made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3 mm [±0.2 mm]. Door profile with hollow section with multi chamber of winplus make, frame [60 mm x 66 mm], Door sash [60 mm x 86 mm], Glazed bead [18 mm x 16 mm] or [11.5mm x 16 mm] with suitable epdm Gasket, will be metered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water, etc. making arrangements for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket 1.2 ± 0.2 mm thick, galvanised steel for frame 28 mm x 29 mm, for sash [34mm x52 mm ]. Frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100 mm long nylon anchor fasteners . Hardware : [casement door mortice handle made of zinc alloy [white powder coated],with centre latch. cylinder of 85mm with one side knob, Butt hinges of zinc alloyed [white powder coated] and 24 mm thick Thermodoor upvc sandwich panel, with selected design thermoformed on 1mm thick upvc sheet on both sides and sandwiched with XPS of 22 mm in between, pasted in a specific temperature & pressure.
